The world's going to end if I'm not back there fighting, and some idiot little girl tells me I had to be yanked out of that fight to come here instead? How stupid is that?! Also, nobody's told her exactly how dangerous it is to challenge one of the Greek gods or goddesses.

[A little later, after some of the shock has worn off and after she's put her things away in cabin 5, Airi's wandered down to the training arena to blow off some steam. She's found a sword and some armor, and is currently taking out her frustration on a practice dummy. It might be best to approach with a bit of caution, but she's trying her best not to take a living person's head off.]

[And down at the training area, Akane is looking at a sword critically, testing its weight and setting some of them down gingerly. She notices Airi there from there loud message that she had posted on the weird magical network and remarked,] What'd that training dummy do to you?

They say it's to train us, and considering how this camp is set up and all, I don't agree with all of it to be honest.

[Akane tilted her head a little and sighed.] To be honest, I'm worried my own team won't get on without me. True we just finished our own battles but I get where you're coming from.

There's still two days left! I mean, yeah, they got past the part that - I don't know what that Hotsuin guy was playing at, but he said it was my 'most important role' and I played it. But I wasn't done! I wanted to -

...look, here's the situation back at home: I'm Airi Ban. Nagoya, Japan, is my home. And things weren't good there at all.

We had a week to kill seven powerful demons. One every day, and if we didn't? End of the world. A lot of major cities had already been destroyed - Fukuoka was especially bad, but we'd lost touch with Hokkaido and Sapporo had to be evacuated entirely. The trains weren't running, the airports were closed, all of that. We could transport ourselves between Osaka, Tokyo, and Nagoya via this special transport system, but that was it.

We had killed 5 of those demons, but the damage just kept on stacking up, and I was supposed to be waking up on the morning of the 6th day.

I didn't. I woke up to that little girl telling me I was home. How stupid is that?

[Airi's going to have to apologize to Hestia later, too. She's just racking up the good impressions.]

I didn't think it would be as easy as getting out of camp and sneaking on a plane to Tokyo. They had to use their god-system to get me out of Japan at all. They'd have to use it to send me back.

Is that really true? We were two stupid days out from the end of the world. Can time really just stop like that?

[Airi pulls the white phone - as is the custom for Japanese girls, it's decorated with a couple of cute phone straps, one a music note and one a piano - out of her jeans pocket and holds it up, flipping it open and hitting the power button. Nothing happens.]
